iCommissions on all fees other than one-time fees (if applicable) are paid out every month on a recurring basis, provided
the revenue-generating accounts (end users) are active and in good standing. Commissions on one-time fees (if
applicable) will be paid once, in the period during which said fee was charged. No commissions shall be paid on damages
recuperation fees including but not limited to late fees, card declined fees, bounced check fees, etc.
iiUnless otherwise indicated, only the retail rate (presented to end users) can be customized.
iiiStandard custom development rates are $125/hour, rates subject to change.
ivPrivate-labeling mobile apps is subject to custom development fees, total cost dependent on required customizations.
vActive users are considered to be those users who were capable of using the system (receiving calls, etc.) at any time
during the most recent billing period. Cancelled users will be considered “active” for the current invoice if cancelled
within the most recent billing period.
viBase plan includes one 10-digit telephone number/long code per user (local or toll-free)
viiAll volume-based fees (users and minutes) are pro-rated. Example: if a total of 70,000 inbound minutes were used in
the most recent billing period, you will be invoiced at the rate of $0.0239 per minute for the first 50,000 minutes and at
the rate of $0.0229 per minute for the remaining 20,000 minutes. All calls are billed in 0.1-minute (6 second) increments
with a 0.3-minute (18 second) minimum. All rates applicable to USA and Canada origination and termination only, unless
otherwise indicated. Inbound SMS text messages are free.
viiiAll forwarded calls are billed on both legs: inbound and outbound. Example: call comes in at 12:00:00 and is
connected to end user (forwarded) at 12:00:10, the conversation lasts 30 seconds, then the call is disconnected at
12:00:40. In this case the call will be billed for 40 seconds inbound usage plus 30 seconds outbound usage.
