White-Label Reseller

All the benefits of a Reseller plus
  • Generic branding
    • Product is branded using the “Virtual Phone System” generic name
    • Mobile app is generically branded
    • All system e-mail accounts are generically branded
    • Generically branded back office interface
    • No mention of iTeleCenter or COA Network anywhere on the system
  • Custom retail rates
    • Flexibility to customize retail and commission rates for granular fees such as signup fee, add-on fee, per-minute fee, etc. (both one-time and recurring)
  • Low wholesale rates (see Appendix A below)
  • Ability to use your own numbers and/or staff to provide customer service (or COA Network provides support under generic brand)
  • Flexible commission payout methods (not limited to PayPal)
  • Engage our development team for any desired customizations (time and material basis) iii
  • $5,000 one-time fee to set up a White-Label Reseller account with a monthly recurring $2,000 managed services fee

Private-Label Reseller

All the benefits of a White-Label Reseller plus
  • Your own corporate branding of the system and product will replace the generic brand everywhere in the system
  • Ability to extensively customize content of the signup platform (including URLs, contact phone numbers and email addresses, logo, most of the page content, etc.) or build your own site
  • Your branding of the mobile apps (white-labelled app used by default) iv
  • Ability to use your own merchant account to process billing (funded directly into your business account)
  • Client Management System to manage customer accounts, create packages, manage billing options
  • Have a vote on the new features added to the Product Roadmap
  • $10,000 one-time fee to set up a Private-Label Reseller account with a monthly recurring $4,000 managed services fee
